From the trips

What it actually looks like.

A few short films from the road. The cameras come on the trips. Everyone gets the footage.

What it is

A travel network. Not a mastermind.

Concordia is a private members club built around movement. We run trips, dinners, meetups, and the day-to-day infrastructure that turns a room of founders into a genuine circle. Not contacts. People.

Our pledge is simple. One trip a month, somewhere in the world. Dozens of local meetups across our city chapters. A community of founders who actually answer when you call.

We are not a mastermind. We are not a course. We are not a paid Slack channel. The product is the room, and the friendships that come out of it.

Who it's for

Men who've already done the first thing.

The honest version: founders in their twenties and early thirties who've already built something, and who've worked out that the next phase of life is less about adding zeros and more about adding the things money is supposed to buy. Time with the right people. Stories worth telling. A bag of tricks deep enough to handle any room.

Most members are between 21 and 35. Minimum bar is six figures a year, and the average sits comfortably past it. Funds, agencies, ecommerce, real estate, software, family offices, commodities. Different industries, same standard.

We're selective. Not because we like saying no, but because the room only stays valuable if every chair is worth sitting next to.

Why "Concordia"

No retreat. No plan B.

In 1519, Hernán Cortés landed in the New World and ordered his ships burned. No going back. Only forward.

That's how I've always seen this thing. You're either in or you're not. The men in this network haven't built what they've built by hedging. They burned the boats a long time ago, and they hold a standard of commitment that most rooms cannot match.

That's why the trust forms quickly, why the friendships hold, why the WhatsApp moves at speed. Everyone in it has skin in the game.

If you've still got one foot on the dock, this isn't your room. If you've already burned the boats, you'll feel at home.

What you get

Six pillars. One network.

I.

Trips, every month

One international trip a month, somewhere in the world. Members pay cost price. We don't mark trips up. Every other group does. We make our money keeping members in, not on flights and villas.

II.

The Member App

Built native for iOS. Live member map updated by city. AI search across the directory. Trip pitching with deposit voting. Daily member suggestions paired by location and expertise. Concierge built in.

III.

The WhatsApp

Where the network actually lives. Quick questions, deal flow, "anyone in Mexico City next week," recommendations, the group laugh. Most members reply within minutes. That's the standard.

IV.

City Chapters

City Hosts run local meetups in their home cities every month. London, Dubai, Cape Town, Sydney, NYC, LA, Singapore, Madrid, Lisbon, Mexico City. Dinners, padel, sport, drinks. Whatever brings the boys together.

V.

The Bi-Weekly Bulletin

Five questions, thirty seconds to fill in. Our community manager compiles answers and connects people in the background. You need a designer in Mallorca? Someone in the group just hired theirs. Sorted.

VI.

Concierge & Gala

If you don't want to plan it, don't. Travel, flights, hotels, restaurants, full itineraries. Once a year we host a black-tie annual gala. Last year, an old Edinburgh bank. Awards for members hitting milestones.

The weekly rhythm

When you can't be on a trip, you're still in the room.

Trips are once a month. The rest of the time, the network runs on calls, masterminds, and a content library you can't find anywhere else.

Every Sunday

Cigar Sundays

A weekly catch-up call. Cigars, drinks, whatever you've got. We talk the news, the week, the deals, the chaos. No agenda, no slides. Just the boys ending the week together from wherever they are in the world.

Monthly

Online Masterminds

A different multi-millionaire or billionaire founder hosts every month. Real operators, real numbers, real questions answered live. Past guests have run nine-figure businesses, multi-billion-dollar funds, and household-name brands.

Always on

The Content Library

Seventy-plus hours of recorded masterclasses, mastermind sessions, and walkthroughs. AI, crypto, sales, scaling, M&A, content, real estate, fundraising. From the best operators we know, on-demand inside the app.

70+ hrs
In the library, growing weekly
A note on mixed trips

Maison Femme. The sister network.

Some of our trips run alongside @joinmaisonfemme, our sister network for female founders. When that happens, we either share a villa, take the one next door, or run shared activities through the week. Girlfriends, wives, and Maison Femme members are welcome on those trips.

Some of the best weeks in our three years have come from these mixed ones. We'll tell you upfront which trips are which so you can pick what suits you.

The year ahead

A rough calendar for the next twelve months.

Dates firm up as each trip opens. The live calendar sits in the app, voted on by the members who'll be there.

19 to 29 September · Pencilled
Bali
Ten days co-working from a villa on the island. Deep work in the mornings, Bali in the afternoons. We've done Bali twice before. This one adds the laptops.
5 to 12 October
Egypt
Pyramids and diving. Cairo for the wonders, Sharm for the reefs, and a villa view of the pyramids with nothing in between.
27 October to 4 November
Mexico
Formula 1 in Mexico City, then Day of the Dead. Two of the loudest weeks on earth, back to back. We know the city well.
December
Morocco
Golf and a proper tour of the country. Marrakech and beyond. We've been before, this time we do the full lap.
10 to 19 January
South Africa
Cape Town and safari. We ran the Cape this year, the film is on this page, and this villa is ten times better.
Late February
Courchevel
Ski week in the French Alps. Chalet for the group, days on the mountain, evenings on the wine. We skied this year, this is the bigger one.
April
Japan
Tokyo, Kyoto and beyond. We did Japan in 2025 and members still call it the best trip we've run. Back by popular demand.

An honest economic

Every trip. At cost.
No mark-up. Ever.

Most networks make their money on the trips. They mark up flights, villas, food, transfers. A week away becomes a profit centre.

We don't. Members pay what we pay. No commission, no rebates, no padding. Every villa, every chef, every boat is invoiced and shared at cost. Receipts on request.

We make our money keeping members in. That's the only model that aligns us.

Concordia
The Standard

The product isn't the trip.
It's becoming someone on it.

Most communities are built around content. Calls, modules, a library of recordings to never watch.

Concordia is built around the room. You join, you spend real time with real men, and you leave with a small circle of friends you would actually invite to your wedding.

The frame is Becoming a Nuanced Man. A man who can hold a conversation at any table. Who knows which whisky pairs with which cigar, where the good barber is in Florence, how to hold a serve, read a wine list, sail a boat. Not because he needs to. Because you never know what's coming out of the bag of tricks when it matters.

That's what the trips and the room are for. We don't teach business. We put you next to the men who already know, in places worth being, and let the rest happen.

What members say

In their own words.

Sit-down interviews with members across the network. No script, no questions sent in advance. Just the honest version of why they joined and what they got out of it.

Membership

Two ways to begin.

Membership rates rise near the end of September, when our hotel partnership with Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Minor Hotels and the Marriott group goes live with preferential rates for members. From launch, new members pay £8,000 a year, or £20,000 for three years. Join before it and you come in at today's rates.

One Year
£5,000
paid annually
  • Full access to all members and trips
  • All trips at cost price
  • App, WhatsApp, City Chapter access
  • Concierge service included
  • Annual gala invitation
  • Welcome box on arrival
Renewals lag the headline rate. When new members pay £8,000, you renew at the price before it. Membership prices rise, but yours stays one step behind the door.
Corporate · Bringing your team in?

Build a real bench inside the room.

Tiered discounts when multiple members onboard from the same company. The deeper the bench, the better the rate. Same access, same trips, same room. The company just gets a better number.

The Welcome Box

A silver signet ring, the cap, the t-shirt, the note.

Every new member receives a silver signet ring with their initials engraved on the back and the Concordia shield on the face, a cap, a t-shirt, and a handwritten note from Callum.

How to pay

Pick a method. We'll handle the rest.

Card, bank, or crypto. All routes accepted. Card payments run in US dollars, and UAE cards see dirhams automatically. Receipts and invoices on request. Most members put this through the business.

Common questions

Asked, and answered honestly.

Can I try it for a month or two before committing?
No, and for the same reason a golf club doesn't sell day passes. The whole point is the room, and the room only works if every member is in it for the long arc, not test-driving it. What we do offer: come on your first trip, and if you genuinely don't get value from it, we refund your membership in full. No one's ever asked.
What if I don't travel much and stay mostly in one city?
London is our biggest hub, then Dubai. Around twenty members, monthly meetups, regular dinners, padel, sport. Many of our London members rarely travel internationally with us and still get meaningful value from the local rhythm alone. The trips are a perk on top, not the only thing.
I'm slammed with work. Will I actually have time to use this?
Honest answer: this is built for men who work hard, not men with empty calendars. Every member is running a business or running a team. Nothing here demands your time. The WhatsApp moves around your schedule. The app does too. The trips are 3 to 7 days a year you'd be taking anyway, except now you take them with people who get it. The asynchronous value is the point: ask a question at 1am about a hire, a clause, a supplier, and you wake up to three useful answers from people who've actually done it. The men who are "too busy" for the network are usually the ones who pay back the membership fee in their first deal, hire, or shortcut found inside it.
I travel a lot already. Why do I need another network sending me places?
You don't need another reason to travel. You need the travel you're already doing to mean something more. That's what this is. Land in Dubai and there are twenty members within ten minutes of you, half of whom will buy you dinner that week. Same in London, Bali, Cape Town, Lisbon. Members host members. Members rec each other's restaurants, hotels, barbers, gyms, padel courts. The trips we run together are the headline, but the day-to-day value is the man on the ground wherever you happen to be. If you're already moving, you're already getting half the benefit. This is the other half.
Is the team big enough to run this properly?
Four full-time. Callum (founder), Gerbrand (operations and growth), Adam (creative and concierge), Zene (community, member experience and onboarding). Three years in, hundreds of trips run, never a refund.
I'm already in another group. What makes this different?
Most other groups sell information. Masterminds, courses, calls. We sell the room and the time. If you've ever sat through a hotel-ballroom mastermind and quietly thought "I'd learn more over dinner with two of these guys than from the entire weekend," you already understand the difference. We just built around that observation.
How do I know I'll get on with people?
You won't get on with everyone. Nobody does. The bet isn't that you'll love all 200+ members. The bet is that out of 213, you'll find five to ten you genuinely click with, and that those five to ten will be people you'd not otherwise have met. Three years of running this tells us that bet wins every time.
Can I upgrade from one year to three later?
Yes, up until your first trip. After that, you renew at the standard rate.
How is payment handled?
Bank transfer, card via Stripe in US dollars (UAE cards pay in dirhams), or USDC. Receipts and invoices on request. A business expense for most members.

A note from the founder

I started this because I needed it. I was 21, making more money than my friends, and rapidly realising that none of them could answer the questions I was asking, and none of them wanted the things I wanted.

So I built the room I wanted to be in. Then other men found it and wanted in too. Then we started travelling together. Then we started doing business together. Then we started showing up at each other's weddings.

That's the actual product. Everything else, the app, the trips, the brochures, the gala, the rings, the bulletins, is infrastructure to make that happen reliably and at scale.

If that's what you're looking for, you'll like it here. If it isn't, no harm done. We're choosy on purpose.
